ทุกสิ้นปี ฮ่องกงถือเป็นหนึ่งในจุดหมายปลายทางของกลุ่มคนสนใจงานออกแบบ เพราะเต็มไปด้วยงานใหญ่ด้านการออกแบบที่ขมวดสรุปประเด็นที่น่าจับตามองจากทั่วโลกมารวมกันไว้ให้ชมในคราวเดียว สำหรับปีนี้งานน่าที่จับตามองไม่แพ้กัน คือ DesignInspire ซึ่งเป็นนิทรรศการจัดแสดงงานของดีไซเนอร์ เหล่าครีเอทีฟ และแบรนด์ต่างๆ โดยไฮไลต์ของงานในปีนี้อยู่ที่การคัดรวมเอา maker จากหลากหลายประเทศ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นประเทศที่เราคิดว่าหลายคนอาจไม่ค่อยเห็นงานด้านออกแบบจากพวกเขามากนักอย่างโปแลนด์ หรืองานดีไซน์จากประเทศที่มีวัฒนธรรมการออกแบบที่แข็งแรงอย่างญี่ปุ่น

ตัวอย่างเช่น การคัดเลือกงานออกแบบจากโปแลนด์โดย KLIP แพลตฟอร์มในฮ่องกงที่ทำงานผลักดันผลงานออกแบบที่น่าสนใจจากดีไซเนอร์ชาวโปแลนด์ และผลงานเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ที่เล่นกับความเนี้ยบและรูปทรงเรขาคณิตจาก Wing Studio มาไว้ด้วยกัน นอกจากนี้ ในส่วนนิทรรศการ Design without Boundaries pavilion ก็มีงานออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ที่มีสปิริตช่างไม้แบบดิบๆ จาก SPRUE Bespoke Furniture 

DesignInspire จัดขึ้นระหว่าง 5-7 ธันวาคม 2562 ที่ Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre

The global design community has put Hong Kong’s-of-year annual design events on the map for quite some time now such an event brings all the design-related trends, issues and movements from around the world. This year, the island is also hosting DesignInspire, the exhibition showcasing projects of designers, creative individuals and brands with the highlight being put on the selections of works by makers from countries across the globe be there the ones that are less recognized in the global design community such as Poland to Japan whose design culture has long been known for its strengths and uniqueness.

his year,   KLIP, a Hong Kong design platform, selects interesting projects by Polish designers while   Wing Studio’s wooden furniture comes with boasts refined geometric forms and the  Design without Boundaries pavilion features furniture design by  SPRUE Bespoke Furniture distinctive for its stylishly raw elements.
